This document contains the General Conditions of Use and Sale that regulate the purchase of products on the web www.odamodels.com.
Please read the conditions carefully before using this online store. The use of the online store implies acceptance of the conditions.
The conditions of use can be modified by the company at any time, and those in force at the time of purchase will be applied.
For your peace of mind, you should know that we always ask for your express consent to collect your data for the corresponding purpose specified in each case, which implies that, if you grant that consent, you have read and accepted this Privacy Policy.
At the time you access and use this website, you assume your status as a user with your corresponding rights and obligations.
If you are over 13 years of age, you may register as a user on this website without the prior consent of your parents or guardians. If you are under 13 years of age, you will need the consent of your parents or guardians for the processing of your personal data.
Prices and shipments
The prices indicated in the online store include VAT (21%). The company reserves the right to modify at any time the sale prices that appear in the online store, as well as the products offered. Even if the price of the products is not the stipulated one due to a typographical or computer error, these products will not be sent until the actual price is paid.
Under no circumstances will VAT be discounted on special shipments, such as to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra or a European country in which the tax conditions are different. To find out the types of shipping and their rates, please go to the “shipping” section in the footer.
Payment methods
Card payment: Card payment is made through Stripe's secure gateway. It is necessary to have the card linked to a mobile phone because the security system will ask you for a password that you will receive from your bank on your mobile phone. In most cases, the transaction cannot be completed without that security key.
Paypal: Paypal allows you to pay with your Paypal account, or as a guest using your credit/debit card. Due to the high commissions charged by PayPal, we are forced to pass on to the client a part of the commission of the platform.
Bank transfer: By selecting this payment method, an account number will appear at the end of the purchase process in which you must enter the amount of the order. Normally the transfers are reflected in our account with 24 or 48 hours of delay. The shipment of the order will not be made until we receive the transfer. If after 7 calendar days we have not received said transfer, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Bizum: At the end of the purchase process, the phone number to which you have to send the money through Bizum will appear on your screen. The order will be confirmed as soon as it is confirmed that the payment by bizum has arrived correctly.
IMPORTANT: All transactions made are 100% secure, your data will not be registered in any database, but will travel encrypted directly to PayPal or to the bank.
Changes, returns and cancellations
From the receipt of the order, you have a maximum period of 15 days to return or change the product as long as you notify us in advance by email to info@odamodels.com. Only the amount corresponding to the cost of the product will be refunded, not refunding the shipping costs (except if the return is due to a mistake on our part, and the order was made up only of the item that you want to return, in which case we will assume the costs of Shipping). It will be the customer who bears the return and exchange costs, being paid in advance directly to Oda Models (using PayPal, card, bizum or bank transfer).
The customer may return any item purchased at Oda Models, as long as it is in its original packaging, in good condition and without signs of use.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method chosen in the purchase process.
Those products that have been personalized or made to measure for the client are exempt from return. You can cancel your order at no extra cost if you cancel it before it is shipped.
The refund of the money will be complete. If it has been sent, you will have to go through the return process. For cancellations, we recommend that you contact us urgently by phone (+34 611435000) or email (info@odamodels.com) so as not to make the shipment.
Modification of the general conditions of use and sale
Oda Models reserves the right to modify prices, articles, offers and other commercial conditions without prior notice, based on the evolution of this website and the contents offered therein.
