Shipments
We know that when an order is placed, as soon as you give the last click, you are already looking forward to receiving it at home.
Therefore, we commit to:
– All orders placed and paid before 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the same day (Monday to Friday)*.
– After 2:00 p.m., orders will be shipped the next day*.
The estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours from the shipment of the order.
If you need an urgent delivery or on a Saturday, please contact us at info@odamodels.com and we will inform you of the special rates.
*IMPORTANT: These shipments refer to own figures in stock. Ritual Casting, HeadHunters and Doses3D figures are on demand and the production time is 5 to 7 working days. It is specified in each product file.

Shipments to Península
We ship to the Peninsula with GLS.
– Delivery in 48/72 hours: GLS undertakes to deliver the package within 72 hours at the latest.
The delivery man can go to the address both in the morning and in the afternoon. Each package has a tracking number that will be provided to you so that you can track it.
Price of the service: €4.90
NOTE: If the courier does not find the client at the address, he will leave a notification for the collection of his package at the corresponding Office.
Shipments to Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
We ship to these destinations through certified mail.
The package will be sent to the address you indicate and in case the postman passes by and there is no one at home, he will leave a note for you to pick it up at the office in your area.
The reception time varies depending on the destination, although the usual thing is that you receive it between 3 and 5 business days.
We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can always know where your order is.
– Balearic Islands: €6.90
– Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €9.90
VERY IMPORTANT: We need your ID to make these shipments. Do not forget to fill it out when you register. Without your identification number we cannot make these shipments.

They are sent through a registered post office package.
Delivery time is 4-7 days (depends on the country).
Cost: €11.90.
USA AND CANADA:
They are sent through a registered post office package.
Delivery time is 7-10 days (depends on the country).
Cost: €16.90.
CENTRAL AMERICA, SOUTH AMERICA, ASIA AND OCEANIA:
They are sent through a registered post office package.
Delivery time is 10-15 days (depends on the country).
Cost: €25.90.

ASPECTS TO CONSIDER
Oda Models is not responsible for delays or problems caused by the courier company. In the event that this occurs, we would appreciate it if you contact us if there is a delay in the delivery by GLS, in order to inform our commercial as well as help you locate your shipment and find out the possible cause of the delay.
Oda Models will be responsible for possible errors caused in the delivery only when these are due to an error on our part. If an order is returned due to our error, we will bear the costs and send it again at no additional charge.
Oda Models will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when it is due to the fact that the client incorrectly registered his address (wrong address, incomplete, or postal code that does not correspond) and the order cannot be delivered due to an unknown address, GLS will send it back to us. The customer must pay the shipping costs again if he wants us to send it again. Under no circumstances the first shipping cost is refundable.
